Why Holidays Allover is so safe

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Using 128-bit encryption this software encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet... this is a far safer system than, for example... giving your credit card number over the phone or handing your card to a sales assistant in a shop... or a waiter in a restaurant... To read more see Your security.

Deposits
  • No booking will be processed until a deposit is received.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Paying by credit card

When selecting your payment method on the booking form: If you're paying with a Visa cheque card, please select Visa from the drop down menu... Similarly, if you're paying with a Euro card or Master Money card, select Mastercard.

Please note: A credit card surcharge will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts as follows. Debit cards are not accepted.

  • 2% - Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information...

Paying by cheque or postal money order

We do accept cheques or money orders denominated in Australian dollars as payment for any booking... To pay by cheque, simply select "pay by cheque" on the payment page of the order form... Cheque payment is not an option for bookings made within 14 days of departure.

Once you have fully submitted your booking, you will be sent full details. Please be sure to write your e-mail address on the back of the cheque or money order so we may properly credit your account.

Holidays Allover Accounts
P.O. Box 564
Airlie Beach, QLD, 4802
Australia

Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in Australian dollars or cheques denominated in Australian dollars and drawn on an Australian bank. Cheques must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the cheque.

Note: All cheques will be authorized using Telecheck check verification service. Returned cheques will be referred to Telecheck for collection and will be subject to the maximum returned cheque fee allowed.

Paying by cheque does slow down your booking somewhat, as we are not able to complete a booking until your cheque is received, and we can't confirm that booking until your funds clear your bank... If you need to have confirmation, posting your personal cheque typically delays the booking and confirmation process by up to 10 days.

Paying by direct deposit

You may pre-pay a booking by BPAY or by depositing a sum of money in our Holidays Allover trust account from any bank branch. We will advise you of your booking number and our biller code once your booking has been made after you click on the [submit booking] button at the end of the booking process.

B-pay is not a payment option for domestic bookings made within 7 days of departure. B-pay allows you to make payment from your savings, or cheque account. Contact your local bank, credit union or building society for further details.
