- What do I do
if my dates of travel change or I need to cancel my booking?
-
Please contact us immediately by telephone. As long
as the dates you request are available, we will make
the changes to your reservation and reissue your ticket
for you.
All changes and reissues will be subject to a $30 change
fee as well as any applicable operator increase... Many
hotels and tour operators will charge cancellation fees
and the later you cancel, the higher the fees are. Some
hotel or resort operators will not allow refunds. We
recommend that you take out travel insurance when you
pay your deposit as this helps cover the cost of cancellation
fees due to unforeseen circumstances.
- What
if I need to make any subsequent amendments?
-
Any subsequent amendments to a booking will incur an
amendment fee of $30 per change. The purpose of an amendment
fee is to cover administration expenses. Additional
charges made by airlines, hotels and tour operators
will also apply.
- Do I
lose my deposit if I decide to cancel my booking prior to
paying the amount in full?
-
Yes, in the event of cancellation, the deposit paid
is non-refundable... We recommend that you take out
travel insurance when you pay your deposit as this helps
cover the cost of cancellation fees due to unforeseen
circumstances.
- What do
I do if I make a duplicate reservation?
-
You must contact us immediately at our call center.
We will attempt to cancel the duplicate reservation
once we determine which one is correct. Duplicate reservations
that have been ticketed may not be refundable depending
on the conditions that apply to the ticket.
- Can
tickets be sent to a Post Office box?
-
At this time, we can only send electronic ticket receipts
to a Post Office box. Paper tickets must be signed for
and must be sent to a physical address, which must be
the billing address for the credit card. If you want
tickets to be sent to someplace other than the billing
address, please contact us.
- Are
there penalties involved with canceling or changing a reservation?
-
All changes and reissues will be subject to operator
imposed change fees as well as any applicable increase.
Most advance purchase fares are non refundable.
- How much money will
I lose if I cancel my booking after making full payment?
-
If you cancel a booking after your travel documents
have been issued, Holidays Allover charges a cancellation
fee in addition to any operator cancellation penalties...
Travel agent cancellation penalties are covered with
travel insurance. Cancellation fees are required to
cover administration expenses and any additional charges
made by operators. Your consultant will advise you of
all cancellation conditions pertaining to your specific
booking.
Please note, any applicable refunds may take up to
6 months to process.
- Can
I change the form of payment on my ticket?
-
No. Once a ticket is issued, we are unable to change
the form of payment on it.
- Can
I change the name on my ticket?
-
No. A ticket can only be used by the person in whose
name it was issued.
- What do I
do if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
-
All changes or cancellations must be made over the
telephone with us or directly with the operator of your
trip.
- What
do I do if I want tickets sent to someplace other than my
billing address?
-
Please let us know when you make your enquiry. We will let you know if there are any additional procedures to be followed.
- What
do I do if I want to add another person to my reservation?
-
Please log on to our site and make a new booking
for that person. You may request seating next to you
by entering that information into the special requests
section of the booking page. We will make every attempt
to satisfy that request.
